About The Author

As a mother to three young children, I have experienced all the emotions possible. This story was inspired by myself and my middle child. The thing we have most in common is our clumsiness. I have the scars to prove it! At a younger age, I always would get down on myself for this fault. I have now noticed my daughter is going through the exact same emotions. I want all of my children to embrace their faults and understand that it doesn’t have to always be a negative thing. I wrote this story to help inspire my child and all children!

Whether you are clumsy like Callie or you don’t feel as if you fit in, read this story and realize that opinions of others don’t justify who you are as a person. As a college graduate and a career that lacked passion, I was transformed into a stay at home mother. I became the ultimate bed time story teller which inspired me to start writing down all of my ideas with some help from my actual children. I have gone to my children’s schools and read several of these stories with a wonderful reaction from their classmates and teachers.

I am extremely passionate to fill a child’s head with a magical story that has a heart warming lesson. I want to inspire children as well as educate on anti-bullying. I hope this story can get on shelves and help children around the world deal with their emotions in a better way.
